1 Scope & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to A.P. Industries. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, product catalogs, technical documentation, inquiry portals, as well as all commercial transactions and sales contracts between A.P. Industries ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and our clients, buyers, or website visitors ("Customer", "Buyer", or "you").

By accessing our website, placing an inquiry, or submitting a formal Purchase Order (PO) for industrial heaters, control panels, packaging machinery, ovens, or packaging materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2 Product Specifications & Technical Information

A.P. Industries manufactures and supplies high-performance industrial equipment, including but not limited to Packaging Machinery, Packaging Materials, Industrial Heaters (Tubular, Immersion, Cartridge, Band, Coil, Cast-in), Industrial Ovens & Furnaces, Control Panels, and Evaporation Systems.

• Technical Accuracy: While we endeavor to keep all engineering parameters, dimensions, and operational attributes accurate on our website and brochures, all equipment specifications are subject to continuous technical updates and refinements.
• Custom Engineering: Custom-designed heating elements, furnace assemblies, or specialized packaging lines are fabricated strictly in accordance with approved engineering drawings, datasheets, or mutual written specifications.
• Illustrations & Demos: Images, schematics, and video demonstrations on the site represent typical configurations and may slightly differ from custom-built end products.

3 Commercial Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued by A.P. Industries—whether via email, formal quotation sheets, or Proforma Invoices—are subject to the following conditions:

• Validity: Formal written quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Exclusions: Unless expressly specified in writing, quoted prices exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), import/export duties, freight charges, transit insurance, unpacking, and on-site commissioning fees.
• Price Revisions: Prices for unconfirmed orders or long-term supply inquiries may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., high-grade stainless steel, nichrome heating element wires, electrical components) or currency rates.

4 B2B Purchase Orders & Custom Fabrication

Purchase Orders submitted by the Buyer constitute an offer to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. An order is deemed accepted only upon written confirmation or issuance of a formal Order Acceptance / Proforma Invoice by A.P. Industries.

5 Payment Terms & Billing

Commercial transactions with A.P. Industries adhere to standard industrial payment terms as stipulated in the formal Quotation or Proforma Invoice:

• Advance Payment: For new clients and custom manufacturing orders, a mutually agreed advance deposit is required prior to commencement of production.
• Balance Settlement: The remaining balance payment, along with applicable taxes and shipping costs, must be cleared prior to dispatch (Ex-Factory) or per agreed Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) terms.
• Overdue Payments: In the event of delayed payment beyond the agreed credit timeframe, A.P. Industries reserves the right to charge commercial interest on outstanding balances at prevailing statutory rates and defer pending deliveries.

6 Delivery, Freight & Risk of Loss

We take meticulous care in packaging and preparing machinery and heating elements for safe transit across domestic and global routes.

• Dispatch Terms: All goods are supplied Ex-Factory (Vatva G.I.D.C., Ahmedabad, Gujarat) unless FOB, CIF, or door-delivery arrangements are specifically agreed in writing.
• Delivery Schedules: Estimated delivery dates provided in order confirmations are targets established in good faith. A.P. Industries shall not be liable for delays resulting from events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure, raw material supply shortages, port disruptions, or transport strikes).
• Transfer of Risk: Risk of damage or loss to products passes to the Buyer upon handoff to the carrier or logistics provider at our factory premises. Transit insurance is strongly recommended for high-value machinery.

7 Warranty Coverage & Defect Inspection

A.P. Industries takes pride in manufacturing durable, high-efficiency equipment under rigorous quality control standards.

• Standard Manufacturer Warranty: Machinery, control panels, and industrial heating systems are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period defined in the formal sales agreement (typically 6 to 12 months from dispatch).
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper electrical wiring/voltage surges, incorrect installation, unauthorized alterations, operational misuse, lack of maintenance, dry firing of immersion heaters, or normal wear and tear of consumable components.
• Inspection Period: The Buyer must inspect all delivered packages upon arrival and notify A.P. Industries in writing within seven (7) business days of any visible defects or shipment discrepancies.

8 Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content on this website—including company logos, product photography, technical schematics, graphic layouts, code, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of A.P. Industries and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

Users and visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on this site for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization from A.P. Industries.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.P. Industries, its proprietor, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of production, plant downtime, lost revenue, or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or performance of our products.

In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from a sale shall not exceed the total net purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific product or unit in question.

10 Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or our commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
